A Pennsylvania-based attorney, JoAnn Fonzone leverages more than three decades of legal experience to lead her own law firm in Philadelphia. In her work, she handles civil rights pleadings, corporate law matters, contract disputes, and motions appeals and briefs before state and federal court jurisdictions throughout the state. As an attorney in private practice, JoAnn Fonzone not only handles client cases, but is also responsible for client relations and paralegal functions.

Fonzone has been working in the legal sector since the age of 18. A graduate of New York University, she holds a bachelor’s in political science and subsequently received her law degree from Western State University College of Law in California. Her law experience has taken her through many legal practice areas, including copyright and defamation law. Moreover, her varied background has helped her provide pro bono legal services to varied groups of individuals, such as survivors of domestic violence and veterans.

When she’s not busy with work, Fonzone is passionate about sports. She follows baseball, basketball, and football teams based in Philadelphia, and supports Penn State University athletics. She has also volunteered on many political campaigns at various levels.
