Since September 2018, Joe Arrigo has worked as a resource development manager at Modis in Sacramento, where he is responsible for securing qualified candidates to fill positions at IT and engineering firms across Northern California. He accomplishes this by scouring job boards, as well as cold-calling and emailing prospective candidates. He also does face-to-face meetings to build trust and a good rapport. From there, Joe Arrigo negotiates contract and full-time equivalent rates that are suitable for both employer and employee.

Prior to joining Modis, Joe Arrigo leveraged his passion for environmental protection and climate change action by working as a legacy energy advisor at SolarCity. In addition to working with new clients for rooftop solar installation, he was part of the company's retention team. Before that, he spent the first four years of his career as a sales manager at Sacramento Valley Floral Supply.

Mr. Arrigo earned a bachelor's degree in film and electronic arts from Cal State Long Beach in 2012. He is also an alumnus of Jesuit High School, where he earned a 3.5 GPA and completed a year of service with Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake.
