Joe Masters holds a juris doctor from Yale Law School, which he earned in 2004. Before his time at Yale, Joe Masters pursued a bachelor of arts in math and English at Williams College, where he served on the College Council.
An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Masters established TrentSoft in 1994. Still leading the software development firm today, he oversees a team of software engineers as they create databases and websites for clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Masters is also the founder of BUILDERadius, a software firm focused on the construction industry. With the company, he has led the development of several products, including BuildFax and Footers, a system that allows builders to submit building permits online.
Alongside his firms, Joe Masters is a Yale Law School research assistant, a position he began in 2005. In the role, he is responsible for analyzing submitted articles to discover errors and a lack of robustness. In addition, he compiles the relevant data to ensure that all claims can be replicated and checked for accuracy.
