Over the past decade, Joel Ifill has worked with several firms in an engineering capacity where he has helped produce a range of products. A former prototyping engineer at WET Design, Joel was involved in the design and manufacturing of large water features, including the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics fountain. After three years at the company, he joined Senior Aerospace as a welding engineer. Acting as a technical expert, he liaised with and educated hundreds of engineers across multiple areas. Joel was also responsible for conducting NADCAP audits, alongside welding process automation.
In 2017, Joel left the firm to establish DASH Systems, a precision airdrop delivery company where he serves as chief executive officer. He launched the organization to enable one-day package delivery around the globe.
A lifelong learner, Joel earned an associate degree in welding and fabrication at Washtenaw Community College. A Pennsylvania College of Technology graduate, he also holds a bachelor of science in welding engineering technology.
