Based in Michigan, John Biernat is a paralegal with Padilla Law Group, where he is responsible for case evaluation and arbitration summaries. In addition, John Biernat conducts intake interviews with clients and performs other trial preparation duties.

Alongside the role, he is a manager and bartender at La Lanterna Restaurant in Detroit, where he supervises a staff of 10. Working in the position since 2017, Mr. Biernat is responsible for the opening and closing of the store, alongside the counting and documenting of the day's receipts.
