A resident of Wilton, Connecticut, John Flavin began his tech-based sales and management career with industry leaders like BMC Software and CompuCom and now brings more than 25 years of relevant experience to his role as global account director at WorkHuman. In this capacity, John Flavin works with companies throughout Connecticut and the Northeastern United States.
The recipient of a bachelor's in history from Washington College, Mr. Flavin is a certified recognition specialist who has leveraged his ability in social strategic recognition to help drive increases in engagement and enhance global culture for companies such as JetBlue, Citizens Financial Group, and Iron Mountain.
In addition to empowering companies through the use of WorkHuman's social recognition and continuous performance management platform, John Flavin is a key team member and mentor and shares the responsibilty for ensuring they meet their annual quota. Moreover, he regularly represents the company in speaking engagements at regional and national forums.
Since joining WorkHuman in 2010, Mr. Flavin has been named to the Sales Leadership Club four times and his team has added more new customers than any other salesperson in the company’s history. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys the outdoors, birding, and fishing and is a member of Ducks Unlimited and the Coastal Conservation Association.
