John Hathaway is a Maine-based businessman with a history of establishing successful businesses, such as Wilds Boys Land & Cattle Co., where he designed, developed, and sold national award winning residential properties. In addition, John Hathaway's work includes founding Shucks Maine Lobster, where he serves as chief executive officer and president.

Since establishing the firm in 2006, he has introduced innovative new technologies to the business while also striving to ensure its products are MSC certified sustainable. During this time, he has led Shucks Maine Lobster to use HPP technology in its procedures, making it the first Maine lobster processing company to do so.

Alongside this, Mr. Hathaway has led the company to receive two Prix d'Elite Awards in the Best New Seafood category, both of which were presented at the Brussels International Seafood Show.

Alongside spending time with his five children and watching them develop their careers, he enjoys walks on the beach.
