John Mangan has decades of legal experience across Carlisle, PA, during which he has worked with several firms, the majority of which he founded or co-founded. In 2018, John Mangan established the Mangan Law Office, where he is the lead attorney.

With the firm, he concentrates on several areas, including protection from abuse defense cases and criminal defense. Mr. Mangan also leads divorce and custody cases, alongside those covering other civil litigation matters.

Before this, Mr. Mangan was a partner in the Carlisle, PA-based Bayley and Mangan, which he led for over a decade. During this time he focused on family law, including custody conciliation. He also led children and youth-focused cases.

Mr. Mangan is a graduate of Colgate University, where he earned a bachelor of art in political science in 1994. In 1997, he began pursuing his juris doctor at Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law and graduated in 2000.
