Working toward an urban and regional planning degree, John Patrick Bare is a Texas A&M student who maintains a strong academic focus. With a background playing high school football while his family was stationed in Ansbach, Germany, John Patrick Bare has also been active with the 9th Junior ROTC Battalion.
While completing his high school studies at Harker Heights High School in Texas, Mr. Bare earned several honor roll awards and was active in a variety of community volunteer and fundraising capacities. He took part in the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge and earned the rank of second lieutenant.
In 2016, Mr. Bare began undergraduate studies in engineering at Blinn College, where he was active with the school’s Theta Gamma Chapter. During that time, he was also involved with the Sigma Kappa Delta Honor Society. Passionate about the outdoors, Mr. Bare enjoys hiking and fishing in his free time, and regularly takes his dogs to locations such as Lake Somerville and Brazos River.
