A resident of Glenview, Illinois, near Chicago, John Ramsey earned his bachelor's degree in history from St. Louis University and became a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. After working with companies such as Gallagher Benefit Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, he joined GoHealth in 2015. The following year, John Ramsey accepted his current position with BCS Financial while maintaining his home in Glenview.

As the director of privacy and compliance for the BCS Financial Corporation, John Ramsey works with state laws and with federal laws such as Gramm Leach Bliley and HIPAA. He has created and negotiated contracts for agency appointments, overhauled the code of business conduct for employees, and managed human resources issues ranging from wellness programs to special enrollments.

His areas of expertise range from ERISA to privacy issues. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing sports such as basketball and golf, including playing in regional and national competitions.
