Joshua (Josh) Mischke is a longtime resident of the the greater Denver area who has operated his own real estate investment and consultancy as a sole proprietorship for more than a decade. In addition to securing startup funding for a range of real estate investment projects, he has overseen the work of a broad spectrum of construction workers and contractors to develop and rehabilitate properties for specific rental and retail markets. In recent years, Joshua Mischke has expanded into the field of private real estate lending. He holds active membership in the Sigma Iota Epsilon professional management fraternity and attends the industry gatherings of organizations such as the Investor’s Realty Resource of Colorado, the Investment Community of the Rockies, and the Self Directed Investors Network.

Outside of the professional environment, Josh Mischke is a passionate music enthusiast who enjoys playing guitar and listening to records. He stays psychically active by bicycling and practicing yoga.
