The founder and president of the real estate investment, development, and advisory firm Storm Partners, LLC, Joyce Storm has established herself as a recognized leader in the US retail real estate industry. Her career has involved bringing her expertise to such organizations as the Real Estate Roundtable, where she served on the President’s Council, and the Urban Land Institute, where she was a member of the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council's Green Flight. Active in many ways in her field, Joyce Storm has worked with the International Council of Shopping Centers and Marshall Bennett Classic. events.

When participating in industry activities, Joyce Storm maintains a particular focus on educating aspiring real estate professionals. She finds time outside of leading Storm Partners to lecture at Harvard University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of California, Berkeley. In 2017, her efforts to create opportunities for young women in the industry were recognized in the KPMG publication Women in Real Estate.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Joyce Storm engages with her New York City community as a board member of Theatre Row, a program maintained by the nonprofit Building for the Arts. She also pursues her interest in art in her free time by collecting contemporary paintings and art deco furniture.
