As CEO of the Brooklyn, New York-based VanAuken Property Group, Justin VanAuken oversees both the firm's development and property management teams, the former of which acquires buildings in the five boroughs that are at least 10,000 square feet in size and have unmet investment potential. The firm's property management team, meanwhile, handles daily and monthly responsibilities at mixed and multi-family properties, such as taking out garbage and collecting rent. Justin VanAuken founded the firm in June 2019, and manages more than $10 million worth of real estate.

Justin VanAuken is also the vice president of operations at REdefined Real Estate, where he sells single-family homes and commercial properties in addition to working with the firm's marketing department to develop and grow its brand. He has prior experience in this regard with Platinum Properties, where he developed ads for exclusive properties via programs like RentHop, Nestio, and Naked Apartments.

Mr. VanAuken has also worked as a private investor at Century 1 Group, and as a project management intern at Structure Tone, Inc. He began his career in 2013 as an event coordinator at Aardvark Amusements. Supplementing his professional pursuits, he holds membership with the National Society for Leadership and Success, and is a group leader at Redline Investors, where he discusses investment vehicles like cryptocurrencies and stocks with like-minded professionals.
