As an international presence in the fashion industry, Justina Helkov served with Poloco in Paris, France, for more than six years. She played a key role in the organization's beginnings in Western Europe and facilitated expansions into the London, Paris, and Munich markets. Experienced in working with the Ralph Lauren and POLO Jeans licenses, Justina Helkov worked in areas ranging from order management to customer service leadership.

Justina Helkov holds a bachelor of science in international business from Northeastern University, where she lived for six months in Paris as part of the International Cooperative program. She went on to earn a master of business administration in the same discipline from the University of Hartford, which later brought her to Paris to run its accounts payable and receivables department.

Ms. Helkov remains an avid international traveler. She visits Denmark each summer and plans to visit South Africa soon. Also an enthusiastic avid cyclist and runner, she has competed in several half marathons as well as a number of 5Ks and 10Ks. Fond of reading in her quieter moments, she currently favors the book A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.
