Kandi Derry Digiovanni is the care coordinator for the National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Dependence in Robbinsville, New Jersey. In this role, she serves as an advocate for clients in front of the Board of Social Services and caseworkers. She also helps clients get their medical, social, and financial needs meet so they attain sobriety, stability, and self-sufficiency. Previously, Kandi Derry Digiovanni was a counselor intern with Journey to Wellness, where she conducted intake assessments and led group sessions and individual sessions.
Prior to entering the social services field, Kandi Derry Digiovanni was an athletic trainer at Kean University, where she helped athletes recover from injury and avoid injury in order to maintain peak levels of physical fitness. She was also a certified Red Cross First Aid Instructor.
Kandi Derry Digiovanni studied athletic training at Kean University and earned a bachelor of science. She then returned to the university to earn a master of arts in counseling. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by hiking and kayaking.
