An experienced project manager and business consultant who lives and works in Naples, FL, Kara Down (Tabler) holds a bachelor of arts in marketing, accounting, and business administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating with summa cum laude distinction in 2002, she served relatively brief tenures as a marketing professional with the ADAM Group and Nissan North America. Kara Down went on to serve a series of project management positions with Wachovia and its parent company Wells Fargo. Her areas of expertise over these years encompassed banking, regulatory compliance, risk, and merger integration.

Ms. Down entered the consultancy field in 2013 as a Wells Fargo project-implementation consultant. Subsequently leaving Wells, she accepted a senior position with the Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group. In the wake of Carlisle & Gallagher’s integration into NTT Data Services, Kara Tabler remains with the firm as a principal consultant in charge of business process, compliance, and change management.
