A graduate of Sardar Patel University in Anand, India, Kaushal Prajapati earned academic honors for his study of organic chemistry. After securing his master of science in 1999, he settled in the greater Philadelphia area, living and working in the surrounding areas of Mount Laurel Township and Buna, NJ. After finding initial employment as a quality control chemist with IGI, Inc., Kaushal Prajapati worked for URL-Mutual and URL-Pharma in downtown Philadelphia, serving 9 years as an analytical chemist and 4 years as a senior scientist.

Mr. Prajapati has led operations at Hikma Pharmaceuticals for the past 5 years. After supervising a staff of 12 research and development professionals from 2015 to 2019, he accepted a manager position with Hikma in 2019. As a manager, he interacts with both laboratory supervisors and quality control/technical service professionals to present analytical information, address lab management issues, and develop viable improvement plans. Mr. Prajapati also handles a range of human resources and regulatory matters.
