My career spans more than 20 years in corporate America, where I rose to become a vice president in human resources for a Fortune 500 company.

Today, I am CEO of a leadership coaching and strategy consulting firm specializing in diversity and inclusion, which gives me the wonderful opportunity to speak at a variety of programs and events.

I am a graduate of Texas Woman's University, a Hogan certified executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, but I am most proud of my role as a wife, mom and volunteer in women's ministries.
