Kendal A. Daiger brings more than two decades of marketing experience to her position as the director of marketing for Spruce Peak Realty in Stowe, Vermont. In this position, she oversees a marketing budget of more than $1 million while supervising a staff of three employees. Kendal A. Daiger’s specific responsibilities include leading all advertising, social media, public relations, and other marketing efforts for the company’s $80 million One Spruce Peak development.

In addition to her work with Spruce Peak Realty, Kendal A. Daiger guides OneL Marketing. Under her leadership, this boutique marketing firm provides clients with a comprehensive suite of services, including graphic design, copywriting, and brand implementation. Since founding OneL in 2017, she has assisted companies such as Oregon Tech and Black Butte Ranch Corporation. Previously, Ms. Daiger held marketing leadership positions with several firms in Oregon, where she consistently surpassed sales and revenue goals.

Kendal A. Daiger holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Towson State University (now Towson University). She also stands out as an active member of the community who serves on the board of directors for Hope Grows, a nonprofit therapeutic and educational organization in Hyde Park, Vermont.
