Before overseeing staff as a service manager with CVI, Methuen, Massachusetts-based Kenneth DeRoche spearheaded refrigeration equipment operations for both Lenox Martell and GSD Refrigerated/Thermo King. From 1998 to 2008, he was a police officer with the City of Lowell, Massachusetts, garnering a “Key to the City” award and an “Employee of the Year” designation for his service. While working in law enforcement, Kenneth DeRoche owned and operated a Methuen commercial cleaning company under the name Double D.
Kenneth DeRoche also served seven years in the U.S. Navy, maintaining aircraft as both a plane captain and an aviation electrician. He conducted fight operations in the North Arabian Sea and earned honors that included an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
Mr. DeRoche holds both a bachelor of science and a master of arts in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he played varsity football, ultimately becoming team captain his senior year.
