A longtime New York City resident, Veracity Partners co-founder Kenneth Hart holds a bachelor of arts in education from New York University. He went on to establish himself as a local construction industry leader whose accomplishments include winning a Big Apple Brownfield Economic Development Award for a Manhattan redevelopment project that transformed a manufacturing and processing site into a successful commercial center. This center generated 175 new permanent jobs, 150 of which were full-time.

Since establishing Veracity Partners in 2017, he has spearheaded several large-scale commercial projects, including the construction of a new six-story business building at 529 Broadway and the transformation of warehouse space along the DUMBO waterfront into t a thriving commercial and public space that offers a broad array of retail shops, office space, restaurants, and art galleries. Mr. Hart's renovation of this space earned a Best Adaptive Reuse MASterworks Award from the Municipal Arts Society NY.
