A cofounder of Veracity Partners, New York City’s Kenneth Hart formerly served as president and chief executive officer of Harco Construction. His responsibilities with Harco encompassed all aspects of real estate development assessment, management, and building. Kenneth Hart’s specific areas of professional expertise extend from pre-construction budgeting and permitting to construction oversight and quality control.

Involved with Veracity Partners since 2017, Mr. Hart leads a staff of company employees, as well as a network of specialized contractors to build “everything from the functional to the extravagant.” His key projects with Veracity include the 529 Broadway commercial building (which won an ACEC New York Gold Award for Engineering Excellence) and the reuse/renovation of the DUMBO waterfront's Empire Stores (which won a Best Adaptive Reuse MASterworks Award and became a finalist for a ULI Global Award for Excellence). Under his direction, Veracity also opened the technologically advanced Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Midtown New York.
