Formerly based in Winona, MN, consultant Kenneth Nance engaged with the Fastenal Company as executive vice president where he oversaw strategy related to aerospace and government sales. Among Kenneth Nance’s responsibilities with the Winona, MN, company was directing sales across the eastern states, managing $1.7 billion in yearly sales as well as managing assets valued at $500 million.

Mr. Nance previously guided regional operations with Fastenal in Dallas and successfully expanded the firm’s reach with more than 70 new store locations. In the process, he grew sales from $15 million to $25 million per month and transitioned the South Central region from last on the corporate scorecard to first. His efforts successfully reversed net losses of $500,000 each quarter and resulted in quarterly net profits of $500,000.

Mr. Nance currently leads The Nance Group in Irving, Texas, as founder and provides private-equity-owned enterprises with support in the personnel evaluation and process integration spheres.
