Kevin Pratte is an experienced physical education teacher and volleyball coach who serves as a health and exercise professor at a pair of California-based colleges. Additionally, Kevin Pratte coaches multiple volleyball teams in the region and has previously held coaching positions with the University of the Pacific, University of Nebraska, and Mt. San Jacinto Community College.
Kevin Pratte previously worked as a physical education teacher and athletic director at Langston Hughes Academy, where he was responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and hiring coaches for a 20-team sports department. He also worked as a K-5 physical education teacher at Port City Academy.
Mr. Pratte earned a master’s degree in physical education from Azusa Pacific in 2015 and earlier received a master’s degree in education administration and bachelor's degree in sports pedagogy from the University of the Pacific, where he was a member of the school's volleyball team and student president of its athletics department. An accomplished volleyball player from a young age, he won a bronze medal in beach volleyball at the 2003 Junior Olympics.
