A member of the United States military with significant management experience, Las Vegas resident Kitty Doupe draws on nearly two decades of experience in her role as a captain of a military intelligence company. In this position, she leads a group of 94 personnel who conduct intelligence gathering and analysis efforts for combat operations and civil support operations. Kitty Doupe comes to this role after spending several years as a captain of an infantry brigade combat team and a senior intelligence officer in an infantry battalion.
Kitty Doupe holds a certificate in public safety from Onandoga Community College and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University. She has also completed numerous advanced training and leadership courses through the United States military, and received certification in first aid and interior firefighting from the state of New York.
In addition to her military career, Kitty Doupe previously served in a civilian capacity as an emergency medical technician (EMT) supervisor with Rapid Response Services in Syracuse, New York. In this role, she coordinated a team of 12 EMTs and handled interactions for more than 1,200 accounts. Ms. Doupe has also served as a volunteer firefighter in New York State.
