A Lakewood resident, Koollos Phillips oversees entrepreneurial ventures spanning Southern California and beyond. In addition to being part owner of a local trucking company, Koollos Phillips guides the Indiana trolley company Tonnies Trolley, which showcases city sights and provides pub crawlers with memorable excursions.

Mr. Phillips’ entrepreneurial activities extend to real estate investment and he owns properties in Atlanta, Indiana, and Texas. He is presently planning a move into government-funded transitional veterans’ housing, as well as homes that provide shelter to children and women.

Mr. Phillips also has experience managing a tax accounting office in Los Angeles, where he emphasized meeting diverse client needs while maintaining efficient operations. Passionate about sports, Koollos Phillips is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Rams, the Lakers, and the Dodgers. A former record producer, he also enjoys regular trips to Las Vegas to attend performances by classic R&B acts.
