Krista Madaio has served as the president of Ridge Strategies, LLC, a front line fundraising consulting firm in New York City, since 2018. Prior to joining Ridge Strategies, she spent time as PAC director for the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee, both headquartered in Washington, D.C. Her work as PAC director, which began in 2015 following two years as deputy PAC director, involved oversight of the National Finance Committee program and management of nearly 80 fundraising events each year. Krista Madaio began her career in 2011 as an account manager with Bellwether Consulting Group, a role that involved tracking all donations and the supervision of all fundraising events.

Ms. Madaio graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond with a bachelor of arts in political science and leadership studies. During her time at the university she became a member of several honor societies, including the Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society and the Mortar Board national college seniors honor society.
