I’ve been working as a Practice Administrator for a local Pediatrician for 17 years. I love this position as I am consistently challenged on a daily basis to be learn more and be better. The never ending advancements and changes within the healthcare industry force me to remain relevant in my profession. Additionally I am available for consultation or adviser services for small practices (8-15 employees) who want to transition to electronic health records or for practices who have already made the switch , but need help with process improvement or smarter work flow strategies.
