With experience in educational leadership of more than 15 years, Kristopher Dreyer most recently served Maranatha High School in Pasadena as chief executive officer. He had a mandate of turning around a 500 student school that carried $28 million in debt. Successfully increasing enrollment to 700 students, Kristopher Dreyer guided all financial and staff management operations, as well as PR, athletics, and food services.
Mr. Dreyer holds a mechanical engineering degree from Bedford University and is a longstanding member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. From 2005 to 2009, he served as Magna International’s director of operations and led interior trim plants across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Based in Novi, Michigan. Mr. Dreyer’s accomplishments included overseeing the set up of a major Toluca, Mexico plant that employed 2,000 workers. He also oversaw union contract negotiations and hired plant staff.
Kristopher Dreyer’s experience extends to the founding of a successful Detroit charter school that met the needs of 900 students and earned many academic awards as it attracted students from failing schools.
