Based in Colorado, Kurt Wiedt has served as the principal at Markham Woods for a decade. In his work building modern and high-end homes in the Denver area, Kurt Wiedt relies on his background in real estate development. He often works with leading experts in the areas of architecture, interior design, and construction to build some of the area’s most unique dwellings.

Prior to entering the workforce, Mr. Wiedt studied at Penn State University, where he earned a bachelor of science in finance. Outside of his work at Markham Woods, Mr. Wiedt stays active in the real estate industry and keeps up with current trends in local housing through his membership in the Colorado Association of Homebuilders, the voice of the home building industry in the state of Colorado. In his free time, Mr. Wiedt enjoys a number of leisure activities, including hiking and painting.
