Kymberly Marcos Pine has been serving the public since her graduation from University of California, Berkeley. She has been a journalist, a campaign worker for a couple politicos and then ran for office herself. She has been a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives and now serves on the Honolulu City Council as Vice Chair. In 2007 she was named one of the nation’s 100 most influential half-Filipina women. Kymberly believes it is a privilege to be able to serve her community for almost 15 years.
