Drawing upon 35 years of business leadership experience, Larry Gaynor is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year recipient who serves as president and CEO of the beauty product manufacturer and distributor, TNG Worldwide. Larry Gaynor founded the company under the singular focus as a distributor in 1985 but later began manufacturing products. Today, TNG is a leader in beauty product innovation and manufactures more than 1,500 products, including those from leading brands like Ginger Lily Farms and EMMA BEAUTY. Moreover, it was named among the Top Workplaces five years in a row from 2013 to 2017 by Detroit Free Press.

Following the closure of spas and salons due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Larry Gaynor shifted the focus of TNG Worldwide to begin manufacturing and selling medical masks to help meet the level of demand in the US. He opened the United States' first personal protective equipment (PPE) store in Farmington Hills and has also donated PPE to funeral home workers. In addition, he has helped many salons and spas re-open by authoring a comprehensive guide involving necessary safety and sanitation practices.

Outside of his business endeavors, Mr. Gaynor has raised more than $2 million in support of the American Cancer Society and donated $3 million to his Alma mater, Michigan State University, for the establishment of the Gaynor Entrepreneurship Center. His hobbies include spinning, yoga, swimming, and spending time with his children and grandkids.
