After working for five years in the senior vice president -CHRO role for the literary translation company ABS, Laura Dabkowski turned her focus to engaging in Leadership and Organizational consulting for companies in the nonprofit and private sectors. In this role, she uses her extensive executive experiences - within HR and other administrative departments for companies in the industries of financial services, healthcare, higher education, hospitality and manufacturing.
As an undergraduate at Bowling Green State University, Laura Dabkowski was listed in the Who’s Who of American Students. She served as the vice president of the Delta Zeta Society and the Panhellenic Council. She later earned a master’s degree in industrial relations from Xavier University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Ms. Dabkowski subsequently accepted HR management positions with top multinational firms, including General Electric and Aramark. Outside of her work, she is involved in several workforce development programs for nonprofit organizations.
