An educational professional with nearly a decade of experience, Laura Pangallozzi is a former visiting assistant professor at Binghamton University, a post she held for an academic year. In the role, Laura Pangallozzi taught water resource management and planning alongside natural hazards and environmental planning, among other subjects.

During this time, Ms. Pangallozzi also oversaw a staff of seven teaching assistants. In addition, she hosted a python programming seminar at the Watson School of Engineering. She holds a range of qualifications, including a PhD from Rutgers University.

While pursuing the degree, Laura Pangallozzi concentrated on cultural and urban geography, alongside human-environment interactions. She holds a master's degree from the same university in urban planning with a concentration on community development, which she earned in 2004.

Ms. Pangallozzi holds several non-geography focused qualifications, such as a master's in theological studies, which she received from the Harvard University Divinity School. While studying for the degree, she focused on the religious history of the United States.
