While pursuing his bachelor of science in philosophy from the University of Minnesota (U of M) in Minneapolis, Lee Tuchfarber took a 4,500-mile cross-country cycling trip from San Francisco to Boston. He also studied real estate finance at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and served an internship with Tuchstone Systems. Lee Tuchfarber’s work at Tuchstone included assisting in the development of an 80-acre planned unit development.
After graduating from U of M in 2004, Lee Tuchfarber found employment with the Minneapolis offices of the real estate corporation Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a part of Colliers International. His work with Colliers involved assisting large-scale retail developers with matters ranging from initial site selection to final sales or leasing.
As the founder and CEO of Renew Senior Communities for the past 3 years, Mr. Tuchfarber has managed the Renew Saddle Rock dementia care complex in Aurora, CO. In addition to this Aurora complex, Renew Senior Communities also manages Renew Roaring Fork senior living in Glenwood Springs, CO.
