A coatings inspector with over 3-decades of experience supporting compression station and pipeline projects, Len Pasquale performs high level inspection duties through Synergy Inspections in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Recognized for expert-level knowledge in his field, he holds the NACE CIP Levels 1 and 3 certifications, demonstrative of expertise that allows him to contribute general and coating inspection solutions for an ongoing compressor upgrade initiative in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. Before joining Synergy, Len Pasquale worked as lead coatings inspector at Team Environmental in Millwood, West Virginia.
Leonard Pasquale’s background in the inspection industry also includes more than 20 years as project manager with KTA-Tator, Inc., in Pittsburgh. While there, he delivered business development and client management services on a national scale. He also took part in individual projects conducting coating inspections for power generation, natural gas pipeline, and transport clients.
A farmer as well as coatings inspector, Leonard Pasquale raises cattle on his 71 acre operation, Highlight Fields of Grace Farm. On his farm, Mr. Pasquale tends to a herd of belted galloway beef animals and is a member of the Belted Galloway Society.
