What is Become A Legendary Leader?

• "Become A Legendary Leader" is a virtual and/or face-to-face workshop that helps leaders incorporate seldom taught, practical, and proven methods to re-engage and motivate their staff. I believe, "The best leaders are MADE, not BORN."

• Much can be done to stem-the-tide of disengagement and burnout of our increasingly unhappy workforce. I'm convinced leaders are the linchpin and must therefore learn new and effective strategies for engaging, empowering, and inspiring their team.

• I'm excited to offer leaders a transformative strategy so they may effectively guide their staff to reignite a love of career and to live a life of enduring happiness, gratitude, and contentment.

I am a retired U.S. Army Captain, CRNA, Master Level Life-Coach, speaker, author, inventor, entrepreneur, Founder/CEO Kanine Kreek Pet Products, and President of Project Delta, a veteran service dog program.

After facing extreme adversity, including fighting cancer at age 22, I dedicated my entire adult life to learning the "secrets" to living a life of purpose, passion, and meaning. My discoveries have become the foundation for what I now teach.

I'm passionate about providing leaders with the philosophies, skills, methods, and strategies to effectively engage and inspire.
