What's the difference between goals and intentions.
My goal is helping to improve lifestyle changes through touch therapy and dance as fitness and a healing therapy.
I intent to focus primarily on utilize my unique skills to help clients create solutions to remove physical, social and emotional stressors.
I’ve worked in my field as a Massage Therapist for over 10 years and also practicing The Feldenkrais method for 6 years.
While studying and practicing in the filed of Somatics - Feldenkrais (Neuroplasticity ) I slowly began discovering several unique wellness and fitness therapies for my client base which come from a diverse socio-economic background.
Over these years I've optimized and adapted my skills learned from many methods of healing therapies - Physiotherapist, Chiroprators, Neurologist, Psychotherapy, Physical Therapist. I've intensly explored dance as a physical and Pyschotherapy resolution in the field of wellness.
