I am a content writer and social media strategist. As a content writer, I am responsible for overseeing the creation of powerful content that includes website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and social media content. As a social media strategist, it is my responsibility for planning and developing social market strategy and social management content to increase engagement on social media. My primary goal to help businessmen promote services and products to ensure not only the profit but the stability of the business and company.

I bring over 9 years of experience in BPO and 3 years in insurance to my role. Which includes experience in sales (chat, emails and over the phone), technical support, and customer support. I am highly trained so as a result of this background, I always deliver results even under pressure. I am result-oriented, making everything is in place according to plan.

Outside the company, I offer my time and services to the people. I am an advocate of Cooperative here in the Philippines that answers the challenge to improve the lives of the Filipino families and to remove them from poverty.
