As a manager of accounting operations for CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin, Logan Sathasivam works to maximize efficiency through the optimization of processes and the effective leadership of team members. He created a standardized method of accounting for the company's new venture capital business, CMFG Ventures, for which he structured workflow and developed analytic methods for new investments in FinTech startups. Logan Sathasivam has also identified needed improvements in existing processes, which he has addressed through the removal of non-value-added elements.

Logan Sathasivam comes to this role following service as assurance senior associate for McGladrey, LLP, the country's fifth largest public accounting firm. There, he supervised and conducted client audits with a focus on the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries. He accepted this position after working as an internal auditor for ABC Supply, where he created a new audit program for miscellaneous expense tracking.

A graduate of Marquette University, Logan Sathasivam completed his bachelor of science in business administration as an accounting and finance major. While working toward this degree, he regularly earned Dean's List honors. He went on to enroll in the university's graduate accounting program and received his master of science in 2009.
