With close to two decades of experience in the food industry, Lonnie Lazear is a multi-unit managing partner for the Fairfax, Virginia-based Glory Days Grill. With the company since 2003, Lonnie Lazear is responsible for profit and loss management, food quality control, health and safety, and other aspects of company operations.
Since joining Glory Days, Mr. Lazear has received numerous accolades, including being named Managing Partner of the Year on four occasions. He was also designated the Top Marketing Manager in 2008 and given the Best Food Quality award in 2014.
Before starting with the organization, Mr. Lazear attended the Community College of Denver, from which he graduated with an associate’s degree. He also studied biology at the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
During his time with Glory Days Grill, Lonnie Lazear took multiple classes at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore om topics such as hospitality law, marketing, and accounting, among others.
