A professional with more than 35 years of management experience in the automotive, hospitality, and construction industries, Luis Perusquia Berrizbeitia has served as president and CEO of a successful hotel since 1995. Involved in every phase of hotel construction, he continues to implement business processes to drive profitability. Concurrently, Luis Perusquia Berrizbeitia heads two construction firms that have completed several commercial, residential and hotel developments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Berrizbeitia managed the operations as well as the business model and strategy development of five FORD dealerships in Guerrero, Mexico. He also served as a board of directors stakeholder with BBVA Bancomer, assisting in meetings between the bank and both Santander Mexico and BANPAIS.

Residing in the Bahamas, Mr. Berrizbeitia enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and attending Broadway shows outside of running several successful businesses. A car enthusiast, he has participated in the Ferrari Challenge, a motorsport championship that brings together owners of the 348 Berlinetta in a fun, challenging race.
