Luvina Beckley is the Chief Executive Officer of M.H.M. & Associates, where she draws on more than two decades of experience in areas such as grant writing and resource department in order to assist clients. Luvina Beckley applies a proprietary e3p3 technique toward the grant development process with the goal of developing economic opportunities for vulnerable populations and expanding environmental awareness efforts.

Through MHM, Ms. Beckley also established the National Resource Development Council for Local Governments. Under her leadership, it seeks to reduce economic disparities, inequities, and social injustices. The council leverage the resources of healthcare professionals, universities, nonprofit organizations, and other local networks to improve outcomes for marginalized communities.

Outside of these endeavors, Luvina Beckley is actively involved with the National Association of Female Executives. She holds a bachelor of science in business from the University of Nevada and a master of science in health services administration from the California State University, San Bernardino.
