Malek Bohsali serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ESP Completion Technologies (ESPCT), a Houston-based firm that employs 225 people and produces approximately $100 million in annual revenue. In that position, he builds financial and valuation models and budgets, in addition to managing financial and FCPA audits. Before going to work for ESPCT in 2014, Mr. Bohsali was a senior finance and operations executive with Viking Cold Solutions, Dynamic Health Strategies, and Lucas Energy. Malek Bohsali’s accomplishments at Lucas Energy (NYSE: LEI) included taking the company public in order to raise capital and acquire leases in the Eagle Ford basin.

Outside of the professional environment, Malek Bohsali is an avid outdoors enthusiast, who enjoys activities that range from hiking, biking and camping to white water rafting. He serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 354. Other volunteer work by Mr. Bohsali include board memberships with Aggie Professional Forum and the National Kidney Foundation, Southeast Texas Region.
