Mr. Lair is a pioneering force in the medical cannabis industry who in partnership with Austin Birch founded OutCo Labs Inc., subsequently becoming the gold standard for legal compliance in San Diego and later the California Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), while developing vertically integrated operations from seed to ultimate consumer sale. As the first firm to be granted licensing by the San Diego County Sheriff Outco recently celebrated 5 years of compliant licensed operations.

Mr. Lair’s emphasis on medical cannabis reflects his desire to be a “Big Pharma Disrupter” in the field of natural medicines. Marc Lair’s observation of friends and family who’ve suffered neurologically and physically finding drastic pain relief and greater control over their maladies including Alzheimer’s/Dementia, MS and Parkinson’s disease. Mr. Lair had friends sharing traumatic experiences when attempting to procure safe pesticide free medicines from the then available dispensaries, highly motivating him to build and develop Outco today.
