As a Research Team Leader, I cover the quality of the information I bring to the client. I lead people on how to get the best prospect that the client needs. I teach them how to discover the hidden needs of the client, and incorporating it to their standards to find the best person to work in the company. I work for a B2B market.

I bring over five years of experience to my role as a Team Leader, including the experience working with the customer services industry (BPO) and teaching English as second language online. As a result, my approach is explicit and I bring a high level of dedication and competence to the work. If and only if there are things that I didn't master with my job, I make time to learn how to do it myself.

Outside, I am a self-proclaimed visionary who envisions myself leading a company virtually and strategically. I have always wanted becoming a freelancer as a full-time job. I want to be able to constantly provide for my family. My mother is my motivation to work hard. I want her to be proud of me as my way of paying back for her sacrifices in raising me as a child alone. I continue to strive for the best, learn a lot of new things, and work hard for the betterment of myself.
