The recipient of a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Marcello Pompa has served as president of M M Cleaning, Inc., since 2000. In this capacity, Marcello Pompa oversees a staff of more than 160 personnel and is responsible for training new employees as well as coordinating customer service requirements for more than 20 contracts totaling more than 4.5 million square feet. In addition, he works with all company departments to complete budgets, oversee work orders and vendor negotiations, and ensure adequate janitorial equipment and supplies are available.

Since becoming president of the company, Marcello Pompa has increased labor productivity by 40 percent while ensuring safety policies and guidelines are met. In addition to his leadership skills, he is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and leverages his communication skills to help grow the company and keep both staff and clients satisfied. Mr. Pompa's hobbies including playing soccer, watching football, and going to movies with his family.
