For ~20 years, Mark England of Torrance, California, blended his knowledge of engineering principles with high-level leadership abilities to head the design of vehicle components. He began his career as a technical support engineer with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) and then joined Toyota as a manufacturing engineering supervisor for the company's racing development division. In this role, Torrance's Mark England worked with a team of engineers to craft reliable and accurate racing engines against strict deadlines.

Mr. England then went on to become a senior quality assurance engineer, then he advanced to the role of product development engineering manager. A leader in prototype design and testing, he coordinated an interdepartmental team to ensure that final products were aligned with the high standards of Toyota, Scion, and Lexus.

In 2016, Mr. England left Toyota to enter the real estate investment industry. Now the owner of Win-Win Homes, LLC, he purchases distressed houses and renovates them into attractive, like-new properties. From the securing of cash loans to the sale of revitalized homes, he focuses on the individual needs of buyers and sellers, while giving back to the community by employing local contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. Mark England has also committed to donating 5% of each home he sells to the local elementary school in the neighborhood.
