A prominent financial executive, Mark Hirschhorn was named the best chief financial officer (CFO) of a small-cap healthcare company in 2017 by Institutional Investor. Serving as the CFO of ArisGlobal in Coral Gables, Florida, Mark Hirschhorn helps lead the global pharmacovigilance SaaS technology company to assist life sciences companies with their safety and regulatory compliance obligations.

Mr. Hirschhorn’s extensive experience includes the completion of three initial public offerings (IPOs), four successful exits, multiple rounds of public and private financing, and nearly 50 acquisitions. In addition, he has experience directing negotiations between VC , PE and public investors. He has successfully closed negotiations for credit facilities with an unsecured and asset-based values ranging from $50 to $700 million. Most recently, Mr. Hirschhorn lead the successful launch of $290 million of debt financing securities in connection with Stockholm based Nordic Capital's acquisition of ArisGlobal.

Considered an expert in his field, Mark Hirschhorn has represented multiple companies at various conferences of prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, and Citigroup.
