An alumnus of the United States Air Force (USAF) Academy and recipient of a master's degree in engineering administration from George Washington University, Mark Lee Baggerly started his career as an instructor pilot at the USAF. He spent five years with the military branch and was appointed operations officer for a helicopter unit, a position normally designated for 10-year veterans. Mark Lee Baggerly subsequently joined Siecor Corporation as a project engineer.
Mark Lee Baggerly soon after began working in the software sales and financial services sector. He served as an account manager at Reynolds and Reynolds from 1993 to 1997, during which time he sold software management systems to automotive and healthcare companies, and subsequently started working as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Building upon four years of experience as a wealth manager, Mark Baggerly started RockBridge Wealth Management in 2001 and served as a partner at the firm until 2016. In this time, he expanded its client account base from zero to in excess of 1,200 and became the second-best performing office out of approximately 300 affiliated with their broker dealer.
